
Pricing
We assess how much each solution costs—both upfront and over time. Solutions that offer free or low-cost options without sacrificing essential features score higher. We also consider hidden fees, upsells, and whether the pricing feels fair for the value provided.
We consider how easy the solution is to setup. If it requires reconfiguring your current phone setup or learning a new app, it scores lower than a one time setup or something that requires limited technical knowledge long term.
We analyze how effective each solution is. If a solution requires a compromise, or doesn't weed out spam completely it scores lower than a solution that seriously considers how bad actors operate.
We assess how well a solution works across phone lines. If a solution is app based, it's less likely to work with home phones, office phone, or internet phones.
